• Capacity: 450 maximum banquet seating (400 maximum with dance floor) and 640 maximum auditorium style seating.
     

  • Room Size: 12,000 sq ft total, 10,000 sq ft excluding offices, restrooms and catering kitchen.
     

  • Table & Chair setup: Rental price of hall includes the arranging of chairs and tables. Arrangement shall be discussed prior to event in order to satisfy the needs of the renter.
     

  • Reservation Deposit: $1000.00 ($500.00 to be applied to bill and $500.00 for security deposit) Security Deposit is refundable assuming no damages, including damages to facility, parking lot or accessories i.e. tables, chairs, etc

  • Security: One guard required per 150 guests - 4 hr. minimum  (required). If you go over 150 guests 2 guards are required.  All events are required to have a security guard hired by Phoenix  
     

  • Parking: 183 parking slots are available in the parking lot.
